Flex is a tri-colored border collie. Through this website you can get to known him, his friends and his activities. We hope you'll enjoy this website. If you have any comment please feel free to add them in the guestbook.
Update history:
- August 22, 2010: Summerbreak is over, first canicross of the second half of the season was in Poeke.
- August 18, 2010: We toke a 3 day camping trip near La Roche-en-Ardenne.
- June 20, 2010: Butselbos canicross, we did well here. Pictures and result are here.
- May 30, 2010: We did something new called canicross-country, first time ever this event in Zedelgem, check it out.
- May 26, 2010: Our 3th canicross this year, this time in Meldert.
- April 28, 2010: We went to Oudenaarde for a canicross. Result and repot can be found here.
- March 7, 2010: The first canicross of the season in Booischot. Result and repot can be found here.
- November 8, 2009: The last canicross of the season in Sint Katelijne Waver. What a nice day and a good result, a summary can be read here.
- September 20, 2009: For our third time we did the canicross in Stevoort, result and pictures are here.
- August 22, 2009: The family has expanded, Lucky is a small kitten and has become my new friend.
- July 25, 2009: I went on vacation with Elke, Steven and Bart. Three days in the Belgian Ardennes. Here is a link for day 1, day 2 and day 3

- October 3, 2008: The canicross in Kortenberg is added with pictures and result.
- September 29, 2008: The first time we did the canicross in Kortenberg, Elke made a movie clip before the start. Update with pictures of the cross will follow soon.
- September 21, 2008: Another canicross, this time were back in Stevoort.
- June 28, 2008: We did 2 canicrosses, Bart issued an update for both of them. Canicross Bonheide and canicross Boutersem-Butsel.
- April 06, 2008: We spend another day at the beach.
